I made mine with a unique jacko-lantern twist that would make it perfect for upcoming Halloween parties!<br /><br />Here's what you need:<br /><ul><li>Two (2) packages of Lizano Frijoles Rojo (red beans with Lizano sauce)</li><br /><li>Three (3) Tablespoons of Salsa Lizano</li><br /><li>1/2 bottle of Lizano Chilero</li><br /><li>1 package of Naturas Ranchera sauce</li></ul><em><strong><span style="color:#ff0000;">*SHAMELESS PLUG: All of the above can be purchased at </span></strong></em><a href="http://www.costaricaproducts.com/"><em><strong><span style="color:#ff0000;">CostaRicaProducts.com</span></strong></em></a><em><strong><span style="color:#ff0000;">.</span></strong></em><br /><br /><ul><li>Three (3) Tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese</li><br /><li>1/2 onion, chopped</li><br /><li>1/2 cup chopped cilantro</li><br /><li>2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or monterey jack)</li><br /><li>1 cup sour cream</li></ul><p>OK, now here's what to do. Don't worry, it only takes about 5 minutes to make. No kidding.</p><p>Mix the following in a bowl: Frijoles Rojo, Lizano Salsa, Lizano Chilero, Naturas Ranchera, Parmesan, and sour cream.</p><p>Top mixture with shredded cheese and onions. Microwave until cheese is fully melted (or bake in an oven). Top with cilantro and serve with tortilla chips or white corn tortillas.
